Richa Marcia is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Error Makes Clever, where she leads marketing, product, sales and hiring.
Before that, she was a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant and an Embedded Engineer at Honeywell in Bengaluru, verifying Flight Management System software in C++. She holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences.
She joined Error Makes Clever as a Business Strategist in 2023 and became Managing Director in 2024. The company started with 4 students in a small offline classroom.

A laptop or computer with internet, a Gmail account, and your LinkedIn login. A phone on its own will not be enough to build the projects.
