Refund Policy

The ₹102 fee is refundable in one situation only: you attended the whole session, built both projects, and still felt it was not worth it. Everything else on this page describes that.
The Show Up & Build Guarantee
We will return your ₹102 in full if all four of these are true:
- You attended the full two hours. We check this against the Zoom attendance record.
- You built both projects with us and shared both links during the session.
- You stayed for the live doubt-clearing session at the end.
- You filled the refund form within 24 hours of the session ending.
Meet those four and we refund you in full. We will not argue with you about it and we will not ask you to justify the decision.
This is a refund of money, not extra time or a seat on another date.
When there is no refund
- You did not attend. The seat was held for you and the session has happened, so a no-show is not refundable.
- You attended part of it. The guarantee is about having done the work and still finding no value in it.
- You asked after 24 hours. The window is short on purpose: we want your answer while the session is fresh.
- You changed your mind before the session. See the next part.
If you cannot make it
Tell us at least 24 hours before the session starts and we will move your seat to the next date of Restarting Her. Write to enquiry@errormakesclever.com or message +91 63800 85196. This is a transfer, not a refund.
If we cancel or move the session
If we move or cancel the session, you choose: a full refund of ₹102, or a seat on the next date. We will tell you on WhatsApp and email, and the choice is yours.
How to ask for a refund
The refund form is sent to everyone on WhatsApp and email as soon as the session ends. Fill it within 24 hours. You can also write to enquiry@errormakesclever.com with your registered name and number.
How long it takes
We approve or reply to every request within 3 working days. Once approved, the money goes back by the same method you paid with, and your bank usually takes 5 to 7 working days to show it.
What we do not refund against
We teach the method and build with you. We do not promise a job, an interview or a salary, so a refund cannot be claimed on the basis that one did not follow.
