We collect three things when you book: your name, your email address and your WhatsApp number. This page says what happens to them.
What we collect, and why
- Your name — to issue your certificate and to greet you in the session.
- Your email address — to send the joining link, the materials and your certificate.
- Your WhatsApp number — to send the joining link and a reminder before the session.
We also receive a payment confirmation from our payment gateway. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details — those go directly to the gateway.
Who else sees it
Only the services that are needed to run the workshop: our payment gateway, our email tool, our WhatsApp messaging provider and Zoom. Each of them sees only what it needs. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to any other company.
Messages you will get
After you book, you will get the joining link, a reminder, and the material promised on the booking page. We may also tell you about other Error Makes Clever programs. Every message carries a way to stop them, and replying STOP on WhatsApp is enough.
How long we keep it
We keep your registration and payment record for as long as the law requires us to keep accounts, and your contact details until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
Write to enquiry@errormakesclever.com and you can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop messaging you. We will act within 30 days.
Cookies
This page uses only what it needs to work, plus basic measurement of how many people visited and whether they booked. If we add advertising or analytics cookies later, this page will say so and you will be asked first.
Children
This workshop is intended for adults. If you are under 18, please book with a parent or guardian.
